Abstract

Education that is fair and inclusive is a major challenge in the era of globalization, where social, cultural, and economic diversity is on the rise. School leadership plays a crucial role in creating an environment that supports educational equity for all students, regardless of their backgrounds. This study aims to explore how school leaders implement policies, practices, and a culture that promote inclusion and ensure equal access for all students. Using a qualitative approach, the research includes in-depth interviews with school principals, teachers, and students. The findings indicate that inclusive leadership involves effective communication, professional development for teachers, and policies that encourage active participation.
