For Authors

Requesting a Quote

Proceedings of International Joint Conference/Seminar (IJC/IJS) publishes full conference proceedings; therefore, publication proposals can only be submitted by conference organizers and authors cannot directly submit their articles. Conference organizers must undergo the process of requesting a quote which can be found on the publish tab on the top right of this website. The aim of the quote requesting process is to document proceeding submission that is later curated on our database. It is also to assess proceedings by conference organizers before publication to see if all requirements are fulfilled. The series of entries dedicated to our quote request page will allow us to devise mapping for a vast majority of fields of studies that can motivate other conference organizers to submit and assist us in enriching proceeding reports that can significantly impact the community. Therefore, it is of great importance by expecting conference organizers to accurately and truthfully supply all information through the quote and be in constant correspondence with our team.

Submission Procedure:

Authors are expected to submit publication proposals through the bidding process, which can be found in the "publish" tab on the top right of the website. Only conference organizers can submit publication proposals, and authors cannot directly submit their articles. The bidding process aims to document proceeding submissions that will later be curated in their database. It also serves to evaluate proceedings by conference organizers before publication to ensure that all requirements are met.

Submission Fee:

All publication-related fees are borne by the conference/seminar organizers, sourced from conference/seminar participant registrations, and other funding sources.

Copyright and License:

To publish and disseminate research articles, IJC/IJS requires non-exclusive publishing rights transferred from the author(s) to the publisher. This publishing agreement is governed by a contract between the authors and IJC/IJS. However, authors retain significant rights to use and share their published articles. IJC/IJS supports the need for authors to share, disseminate, and maximize the impact of their research.
